Celebrating PNG's Independence Day

CCEP celebrated Papua New Guinea’s 49th Independence in traditional style throughout all our offices in Lae, Port Moresby, Kokopo, and Mt. Hagen recently.

Various activities were observed throughout the day showcasing our four regions which ranged from cultural dances, traditional meal displays and adopting an expat/senior manager to a region to showcase the tradition.

Our colleagues travelled down memory lane with trivia questions of PNG’s history, enjoyed live entertainment, and won prizes for best dressed and individual and group performances that topped off the energetic and lively celebrations.

CCEP focuses on promoting diversity and inclusion in our business and the independence celebrations is a testament that we value each staff member who contributes to our goal to refresh our consumers as we make, move, and sell the world’s most loved brands.
