The School of Indonesia (SOI) is not just a training program; it is a comprehensive, structured, and integrated capability and talent development initiative. Its mission is to prepare local talents for leadership roles that will help navigate future challenges in Indonesia. The program is meticulously designed to encompass both leadership and functional capabilities, providing a robust foundation for personal and professional growth. This is further enhanced by Development Center, mentoring opportunities, and a variety of tailored initiatives that support employees on their journey to achieve Indonesia's transformation vision.

Aimed at over 2,000 participants, the SOI program targets a diverse group, including the Leadership Team, second circle managers, frontliners, and early-career employees. The curriculum is very comprehensive includes a blend of technical and leadership training programs. Each of these modules of curriculum is crafted to address specific skills and competencies, ensuring that participants are well-equipped to lead and innovate.

The excitement surrounding the SOI program reached its peak on the 17th of April with a grand kickoff event. The first cohort of L2 employees was invited to a prestigious networking dinner. The atmosphere was electric as employees mingled with top executives like Damian Gammell, Nik Jhangiani, José Antonio, and Catherine Gillespie, along with other esteemed members of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Indonesia Leadership Team (LT). This event marked the beginning of an ambitious journey for many, setting the stage for what was to come.

The following day, on the 18th of April, the Future Leaders Development Centre (FLDC) commenced under the guidance of the esteemed Gibson Hallmark. Over the course of 1.5 days, participants underwent a rigorous assessment, simulating real-life situations that a CCEP Indonesia leader might encounter. This immersive experience was designed to identify and nurture potential leaders, providing them with the tools and insights needed to excel in their roles.

As the program continued to unfold, the excitement only grew. Additional training sessions and development programs were rolled out to a broader audience, including the Sales Frontliners Development Center aimed at enhancing the skills of sales leaders, and The Way We Sell Skill Evaluation tailored for frontliners. These initiatives are all part of a larger effort to cultivate the next generation of CCEP Indonesia leaders, ensuring sustained organizational success.
