Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia Won HR Asia’s Best Companies to Work For in Asia – Indonesia Edition 2021 and WE CARE: Most Caring Companies 2021

As a leading beverage company that upholds workplace safety, employee capability development, diversity and employee welfare, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia (CCEP Indonesia) won the HR Asia Best Companies to Work For in Asia – Indonesia Edition 2021 & HR Asia WE CARE award: Most Caring Companies 2021. The award was held online on September 7, 2021 and was received by the Director of Public Affairs, Communications & Sustainability of CCEP Indonesia, Lucia Karina. Previously, CCEP Indonesia won a similar title in 2019.

The HR Asia Best Companies to Work For in Asia award is given to organizations that are rated by their employees as one of the best companies to work for. This award is intended for companies across Asia with best HR practices and demonstrate a high level of employee engagement and an excellent work culture. This year, more than 250 companies participated in this event.
