Ana Callol to become General Manager for CCEP Iberia

Ana Callol will succeed Francesc Cosano as General Manager for CCEP's Iberian business unit on 1st January 2025.

CCEP's General Manager for Iberia, Francesc Cosano, will retire after 35 years with the company with Ana Callol - currently Chief Officer of Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainability - succeeding him.

Ana will become Deputy General Manager of Iberia from 1st September 2024 before assuming the General Manager position on 1st January 2025.

Both Ana and Francesc are part of the CCEP's executive leadership team and participate in the design and execution of CCEP's strategy - providing continuity for the Iberia Business Unit.

Francesc has led the Iberia Business Unit since the creation of Coca-Cola European Partners in 2015. He had been Managing Director of Coca-Cola Iberian Partners, having previously been Director of Operations. Francesc played a key role in the integration of eight Spanish bottlers, including Cobega, a company in which he held several positions, including Deputy General Director and Commercial Director.

In addition to his experience at Coca-Cola, Francesc has led other positions at Grupo Pascual and at UDV-Angloespañola de Distribución, a subsidiary of the DIAGEO group. He has a degree in Business Management, PDD from IESE and a Masters in Marketing from EAE.

From January 2025, Francesc will continue to represent CCEP in different industry associations.

In her role as Chief PACS Officer,  Ana Callol has led CCEP's activity globally on strategic issues for the company. She has also held other leadership positions in marketing and sales during her 23 years of experience in the Coca-Cola system.

Currently, Ana is a member of the Supervisory Board of CCEP Germany and Director of the joint venture of CCEP and Aboitz Equity Ventures.

Ana has a degree in Law and a diploma in Business from the San Pablo-CEU University (Complutense) and a Masters in Business Management and Marketing. Ana speaks 5 languages - Spanish, English, German, French and Italian.
